Committee Structure

Management of the Club

Gloucester City Swimming Club is managed by an elected Executive Committee which meets on a monthly basis to ensure that the club is progressing in the right direction.

The Club has three main officers:

Chairperson
Honorary Secretary
Honorary Treasurer

The remainder of the Executive Committee consists of:

President
Membership Secretary
Competition Secretary
Welfare Officer
10 Elected Members

The Executive Committee meets monthly to deal with all club matters - business, financial, competition and coaching.  Once a year all club members are entitled to attend the annual general meeting, which is held during October.  At this meeting the election of new Officers and Executive Committee are proposed and voted upon.
