The County Championships continued at Horfield, Bristol over the weekend of 27 & 28 February. Despite the pool feeling more like a bath on Saturday morning, and a few of our senior swimmers sick, GCSC were on winning form to produce an excellent set of results across the board.

There were many more excellent results for GCSC swimmers in terms of Personal Best Times (PBs). The team spirit was amazing, poolside etiquette and behaviour exemplary and a credit to the club.
Our sincere thanks go to our dedicated coaching team - Graham Brookhouse, Andy Osborne and Jane Seymour, who have worked so hard to bring out the best in each and every swimmer.
The last sessions of the County Championship take place on the weekend of 15/16 March at GL1. Individual events on Saturday followed by the team relays on Sunday. The atmosphere should be electric and an opportunity to finish off the Counties in style to remain the top club in Gloucestershire.
