Swim 21

Gloucester City Swimming Club is committed to gaining Swim 21 accreditation. Swim 21 is a team effort requiring the input of all the executive committee, the coaching team, parents and swimmers. It will prove that the club is following procedures set up by the ASA enabling the club to run effectively. GCSC is developing Swim 21 under the Skill Development Programme which can be broken down into the following categories:

1. Swimmer Development

2. Teacher /Coach Development

3. Club Management

4. Partnerships
